This year’s mooncakes present a highly curated selection of delicate and exquisite flavours. These locally made mooncakes are a thoughtful collection of the season’s best — the Champagne and Lychee Martini snowskin mooncakes, Mao Shan Wang Durian snowskin mooncakes, and newly introduced baked Orange Lotus with Double Yolk and Melon Seeds.
All mooncakes are made-to-order and individually sealed to preserve their flavour and freshness.

In additional to the hotel's signature Champagne and Lychee Martini, Strawberry Tequila, and Black Sesame & Ginger, we are introducing Mao San Wang Durian snowskin instead of D24 this year.
Along with the famed traditional baked signatures, Grand Hyatt Singapore presents a new refreshing flavour; Orange lotus, double yolk, roasted melon seeds. This is available alongside the Black sesame lotus double yolk with bamboo ash.
