We take pride in sustainable sourcing with stakeholders who share the same vision with us in reducing waste and carbon footprint. This includes seafood certified sustainable by Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), greens from co-operative growers in Cameron Highlands and Singapore, herbs from our rooftop garden, and innovative plant-based ingredients and alternatives.

The hotel prides in being a trailblazer in this area - being the first in Singapore to implement the Nose-to-Tail programme, reducing food waste at the source and destination by importing entire animal carcases since 2019; first in Southeast Asia to introduce plant-based meat products such as Beyond Meat and JUST Egg in 2018. 

​Sustainability is also present in our beverage program, including wines from biodynamic, organic and sustainable vineyards, and Rainforest Alliance certified organic coffee beans.
