Join us for a unique evening celebrating the artistry of traditional balsamico in collaboration with Acetaia San Giacomo. This immersive dining experience is presented in a refined semi-buffet, brunch-style format, showcasing the finest artisanal Italian products.

Guests will begin the evening in our transformed Balsamico Tasting Room, where Andrea, owner of Acetaia San Giacomo, will personally guide guests through a curated selection of balsamicos, sharing insights into their heritage and craftsmanship.

Celebrating White Asparagus Season at Pete's Place

Pete’s Place presents Asparagi Bianchi di Stagione , a seasonal menu built around white asparagus, in line with the ingredient’s natural European harvest window.

Our limited‑time menu highlights the ingredient’s purity through thoughtfully curated dishes inspired by northern Italy. From roasted veal with asparagus salad and Piedmontese Brusca sauce, to creamy Carnaroli risotto with Robiola cheese and walnuts, and seared red snapper paired with both white and green asparagus, each creation reflects Italy’s time‑honoured way of cooking— simple, honest, and ingredient‑forward.
