Prepared by Executive Sous Chef Steffan Heerdt of Grand Hyatt Singapore, each dinner is thoughtfully prepared and served at mezza9’s party room with award-winning wines from Beychevelle, Pio Cesare and Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte.

Steeped in rich winemaking history dating back over 800 years, Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte is one of the few Bordeaux vineyards that produces both red and white wines. A keen adopter of modern technology and designer of innovative cellars, the winery also uses eco-friendly biodynamic farming methods to ensure that their vineyards remain organic and self-sustainable.
