In line with our philosophy of thoughtfully sourced food, we have introduced a natural fall program where we adopt a nose to tail concept with our beef. Working closely with Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), we receive Sangus beef from Yulgilbar Cattle Farm in New South Wales. The beef comprises the best of Angus and Santa Gertrudis genetics, two of the most marketable beef cattle breeds that have been crossed to produce Sangus cattle.
