Thoughtfully sourced and carefully served, mezza9 continues its food philosophy “to serve people, serve the community and serve the planet” by being the first establishment in South East Asia to serve Beyond Burger®. Already an icon in US since its launch in 2016, Beyond Burger® is a 100% plant-based gluten-free and soy-free burger patty that is made by Beyond Meat to look, cook and achieve the flavour characteristics of a conventional beef patty. 

mezza9’s take on Beyond Burger®

Available from 20 August 2018 either as a Classic Cheese Burger or a Modern Asian Burger, mezza9’s all-new burgers are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Martin Satow to allow diners to enjoy the plant-based patties just as they always have with meat-based variants. 

While the Classic Cheese Burger promises an authentic burger experience complete with a brioche bun, vegan cheddar, vegan mayo and pickled gherkins, theModern Asian Burger refreshes the experience with mezza9’s Asian slaw, Furikake, Sriracha, pickled daikon and ginger, and wasabi mayo between a corn bun that is freshly made daily at Grand Hyatt Singapore. 

mezza9’s all-new plant-based burgers will be available from 20 August for $25++ for lunch and dinner with special plant-based side dishes including French FriesCrispy Organic CauliflowerSteamed Organic Broccoli, or Ancient Grains with herbs from the hotel’s rooftop garden.
