Affectionately known as “Buttercup”, Chef Robert began his career as a line chef after watching ‘Great Chefs’ on the Discovery Channel, but soon found his passion in creating desserts. He has worked in prestigious restaurants including Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro in Vegas and the Michelin-starred Madrona Manor in Healdsburg, and is also a familiar face in culinary competitions around the world.

Recognised by Dessert Professional Magazine as one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America in 2016, Chef Robert will showcase the full spectrum of his culinary skills as he prepares a delectable assortment of savoury dishes and desserts, paired perfectly with handpicked wines from Jackson Wines.

This limited collaboration 10 Scotts is available for Afternoon Tea and After 6 Tea, and reservations are a must.
